24. REPORT USER
24.1 Availability of Report Feature
In order to ensure a safe and secure environment for all users of inBlood, a Report User mechanism has been implemented. This mechanism allows any user to submit a report regarding inappropriate or harmful conduct of another user on the platform.
24.2 Grounds for Reporting
A user may be reported for one or more of the following reasons:
- Abuse or Harassment
- Sexual Harassment / Obscene Content
- Fake Profile / Identity
- Spam / Scam / Fraud
- Underage User (Below 18)
- Drugs / Illegal Activity
- Discrimination (Caste, Religion, Gender, etc.)
- Self-Harm / Suicidal Content
- Other inappropriate conduct
24.3 Submission of Report
- A report may be submitted directly through the “Report User” option available on the profile or chat interface.
- Alternatively, a report may be submitted by sending an email to the designated Grievance Officer at: grievanceinblood@gmail.com.
24.4 Acknowledgment of Report
The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the receipt of any report within twenty-four (24) hours of submission.
24.5 Resolution Timeframe
- Reports concerning sexually explicit content or illegal activity shall be reviewed and addressed within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
- All other reports shall be reviewed and resolved within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt.
24.6 Confidentiality
All reports shall be treated with strict confidentiality. The identity of the reporting user shall not be disclosed to the reported party under any circumstances.
24.7 Outcome of Review
Following review, the Grievance Officer may take appropriate action which may include, but is not limited to:
- Issuing a warning to the reported user,
- Temporary suspension of account access, or
- Permanent removal of the reported user from the platform.
