23.1 inBlood is committed to storing all user data exclusively within the territorial boundaries of India. At no point will your personal data be transferred or stored outside India unless explicitly required by law or court order.
23.2 All servers, data centres, and backup systems used for storing user data are physically located within India and operate under Indian jurisdiction.
23.3 inBlood works exclusively with service providers, contractors, and third-party vendors who maintain their data processing operations within India for any processing related to inBlood user data.
23.4 In the exceptional case where cross-border data transfer becomes legally necessary (such as compliance with international legal obligations or court orders), you will be explicitly notified before such transfer occurs, unless prohibited by law from making such notification.
23.5 inBlood implements technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized cross-border data transfers and regularly audits its systems to ensure compliance with this data localization commitment.
23.6 This data localization policy applies to all categories of personal data collected through inBlood , including but not limited to account information, profile information, communication content, location data, and usage information.
