21. FORCE MAJEURE
21.1 Neither inBlood nor you shall be responsible for damages or for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond their reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, water, acts of God, war, revolution, civil commotion, acts of public enemies, law, order, regulation, ordinance or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of any such government or legal body; labour unrest, including without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing, or boycotts; inability to secure computation facilities, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages, pandemic, epidemic, or viral outbreak; or acts or omissions of communications carriers.
21.2 In the event of such force majeure, the time for performance or cure shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of the force majeure but not in excess of three (3) months. After such time, inBlood may terminate this Agreement without further liability.
21.3 inBlood shall make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant disruptions to service caused by force majeure events through in-app notifications or email communications.
