15. YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OF US; YOU HOLD inBlood HARMLESS
You agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold inBlood (and its affiliated companies, contractors, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors, and assigns) harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, losses, costs, damages, and any other liabilities, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way related to:
- Your access to, use of, or misuse of inBlood ;
- User Content;
- Your interactions with other users on inBlood or off of inBlood ;
- Your breach of this Agreement; or
- Any third-party site, products, services, and links included on or accessed through inBlood.
