19. COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN LAWS
19.1 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act)
inBlood strictly prohibits any content, activity, or conduct that may violate the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Any user found to be in violation of the POCSO Act will be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities, and their account will be permanently terminated.
19.2 Information Technology Act
inBlood complies with all provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its amendments, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Users must also comply with these laws when using inBlood .
19.3 Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)
inBlood complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of your personal data as outlined in Section 5 of this Agreement.
19.4 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)
Users of inBlood must comply with all applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Any activity on inBlood that may constitute an offence under the BNS is strictly prohibited.
